Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. Express (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days depending on customs.

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12pm CT usually ship the same day. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays.

Absolutely. Exchanges are free within 30 days — we'll cover shipping both ways. Place a new order for the item you want, then email hello@xuefei.store to arrange a return for the original.

Yes — for 30-day returns within the US, we provide a pre-paid shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Measure a piece of string around your neck at the desired length, then lay it flat and measure it. Chokers sit at 14–16", princess length at 18", matinee at 20–24". All our necklaces are adjustable wherever possible.

Wrap a tape measure around your wrist just below the bone, then add ½". Our standard bracelet fits wrists 6.5–7.5" and is slightly adjustable. Custom sizes are available — just note your wrist measurement at checkout.

Yes — all our earrings use sterling silver hypoallergenic posts and secure backs (butterfly or screw-back depending on the style).

Yes. All our jewelry is made from sterling silver and finished with a thick 18k gold plating (3–5 microns) that is nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free — safe for even the most sensitive skin.

With proper care, it should not. Our plating is 3–5× thicker than standard fast-fashion jewelry. Avoiding contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine and sweat, and storing pieces separately will keep them sparkling for years.

Every piece comes with a lifetime plating warranty. If the plating ever wears unevenly, send it back and we will replate it free of charge. Customers only cover return shipping.
